EnjoyWoW.com exists so you can spend your time the way you want. We provide a variety of services on online games (leveling, gold, trade skills, CD Keys, Character Portraits, etc.) to people playing the World of Warcraft and other online role playing games. 4. How do I contact you?

Please call (703) 471-0055 if you have an urgent need and are not receiving a response on an instant messenger. You can also email us at service@enjoywow.com with your character name, server, alliance/horde, and what your message is (i.e. Please confirm that my 1000g order has been received).

5. How does the normal transaction occur?

Press Add to Cart for an item which you desire. This will open up a separate Paypal shopping cart window. Press Continue Shopping to flip back to the first window. Press Checkout when you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart. Pay. Fill out your character name, server, side, etc. in the order form that Paypal automatically forwards you to. Press submit. Voila. We've received your order. It will be delivered as soon as possible.

If you have urgent questions, please call 703-471-0055 or email service@enjoywow.com. If you do not fill out the order form, your order will be severely delayed. You can fill out the order form at any time - it is like an e-mail. We prefer that you use the same e-mail address as your paypal login so we don't get confused.

Please be careful. If you pay with a Paypal echeck, your order will not be processed for 4 days or until the echeck clears.

6. Why would I buy from EnjoyWoW.com?

To have more fun and spend time doing what you want to do when you log in to play. We're professional gold and item finders. We specialize in finding items. With a network of high level players on *both* sides of every server, we can find that Glowing Brightwood Staff, or anything else you want, in record time! When are you going to have the resources to check the auction house every 30 minutes? You can hire us to find items for you and free up your time to enjoy the game, not sit in Ironforge/Orgrimmar. You'll also reduce your stress because you won't have to worry about all the moments during the day that you potentially missed that item you've been trying to find for months because we're there, every hour, checking whether your item has popped up on either auction house, or is now available for sale by one of the elite guilds on your server.

The Economics of Farming: In World of Warcraft, if you quest for gold yourself, you earn approximately 1-2 gold per hour in your 40's, 4-6 gold per hour in your 50's and 10-20 gold per hour in your 60's. At 20 gold per hour and at the current gold prices, you're valuing your time at $1.90 per hour each time that you choose to hunt for your gold. Most of our clients make between $30-$50 per hour depending on their careers, so they purchase gold to supplement their game play instead of having their game play revolve around trying to acquire enough gold to purchase that level 40 panther or epic item.

7. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal (which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Deposits), Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Cash, Western Union, MoneyGram, Bank Wire Transfers, and Checks.

8. Someone else is cheaper than you are. Do you Price Match other websites?

We will always price match IGE, because they rarely advertise gold they do not have. Other less reputable websites advertise any price to get you to make the purchase and then delay you for days/weeks.

9. Is your staff really female?

10. Do you buy accounts?

99% chance we'll say NO! unless you can physically ship us the original cd key (box) and fax/scan us a copy of your driver's license/passport which matches the information on the account's registration. (i.e. John McKinley, 105 Aurora Way). We've been cheated by people and are therefore cautious.

Delivery

1. How soon can I expect my gold/adena/gil/etc.?

In games like Guild Wars where we need to hand deliver to you, please call us (about 2 minutes of your time) and we'll deliver to you promptly or coordinate a time for delivery with you. We can quickly ("instantly") deliver Guild Wars purchases because all of our products are always in stock.

Gold/Currency delivery times vary on the amount. 20% of orders are delivered within 30 minutes, 80% are delivered within 2 hours, 95% are delivered within 24 hours. In World of Warcraft, we will mail the gold to you. You'll see a little letter icon in the upper right hand corner when you have mail and you can grab it out of the mailbox any time you wish so you do not need to be online to receive your purchase. Mailboxes are located outside every inn. Town guards and fellow adventurers will tell you where the nearest inns and mailboxes are.

Sometimes we deliver partial amounts so that you have some money to spend while the rest is being accumulated. Please do not be alarmed if you received 250 gold when you've ordered 1,000. The rest is coming. If another shipment does not come within 48 hours of receiving the first and you're owed more, please call 703-471-0055 or email service@enjoywow.com.

2. How soon can I expect my items?

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. That being said, most specialty/item orders are 12-72 hours. If this is not an acceptable wait, please do not purchase. You may always update us with your current level if you've leveled up during your wait. For example, if you order a Power Weapon: Level 15, and level from 15 to 18 in the 2 days, let us know and we will do our best to send you a 17-19 weapon instead of a 14-16 weapon. If you've purchased Blacksmithing 150-225 and level yourself to 200, we can convert it into 200-250ish or 200-225 and gold or a partial refund.

3. How soon will Powerleveling begin?

We usually begin within an hour of receiving your purchase. Please view the Leveling Agreement for your game so you know to change your password when you want to play, and to clear out your inventory so you won't "lose" any items.

4. How do I request a refund?

We will happily issue you a full refund as long as nothing has been delivered. If some gold/items have been delivered, you are entitled to a partial refund. Please email us at service@enjoywow.com with the subject REFUND REQUEST.
