Before ordering please make sure you meet all the
following requirements: (New Customers)
- Your paypal account MUST have a confirmed shipping address. If
your shipping address is not confirmed, you must do so by logging into
your paypal account and following the required steps. If you can not get
your address confirmed, you can contact us to discuss your situation but
in most cases there are no exceptions. You will be refunded if you have
not met the above requirements.
- You must provide your shipping address when making the payment. You
must click on the "provide shipping address" option and select the
address which has(confirmed) written beside it. If this is not done, you
will be refunded.
- Please include your home phone number (Which matches the confirmed
address) in the notes of paypal payment. We will be confirming the phone
number to address via information (411.com). Please provide a time a which
we should call you at to verify the purchase. ALL first time purchasers
will be receiving a phone call to verify the order, cell phones are not
an acceptable for of voice verification. Returning customers who have
been verified will not be required to be called again.
All orders that do not meet delivery requirements will be placed
on hold while we attempt to contact you via the e-mail address on your
account. Customers who do not respond to the hold notification within 48
hours will be refunded.
I would like to remind you that our strict payment policies are a result
of multiple fraud cases we have encountered with Paypal. This is
strictly done to protect our customers as well as ourselves in a
worry-free environment. We would like to deliver every (non item) order
within 30 minutes, and only with your address and voice verification can
